Bio
Hi!
I am a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences, where I research the psychological mechanisms of investment decision-making. For my doctorate, I'm interested in how personality, the attitude that we have toward money, and how we "feel" it, influences different approaches to investing and the prevalence of behavioral biases.
As a licensed investment adviser (No. 1040 on the register maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority), I seek to combine my academic career with professional practice. During my work at the Ministry of Finance, I have been, among other things, a co-author and substantive supervisor for the legislation introducing Personal Investment Accounts (OKI), while also being responsible for analysing and developing solutions aimed at increasing retail investor participation in the capital market.
As a student, together with my colleagues, I founded in 2022 SKN Paradygmat Science Club, which I also had the pleasure of being a Chairman :)
